PROJECT MANAGER
Our company is looking for an Project Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team.

Manage multiple projects, plan, and coordinate field construction team and schedule
-
Organize labor, equipment, materials, etc per project schedule
-
Follow scope of contract for projects and monitor budgets and schedules
-
Issue purchase orders for material/equipment
-
Track project costs of materials, equipment, labor, subs, etc.
-
Coordinate work with other trades when necessary
-
Issue change orders for any changes to scope of work
-
Attends job site meetings
-
Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications
-
Organize and submit submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to negotiate effectively

Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritize work assignments

Ability to develop budgets and time lines
-
Multi-tasker and Organized
-
Great customer service and a team attitude
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management
-
Works well on own or in a team environment
-
Self-starter with strong work ethic
-
Knowledgeable in building and construction
