Our company is looking for an Project Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team.

  • Manage multiple projects, plan, and coordinate field construction team and schedule

  • Organize labor, equipment, materials, etc per project schedule

  • Follow scope of contract for projects and monitor budgets and schedules

  • Issue purchase orders for material/equipment

  • Track project costs of materials, equipment, labor, subs, etc.

  • Coordinate work with other trades when necessary

  • Issue change orders for any changes to scope of work

  • Attends job site meetings

  • Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications

  • Organize and submit submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to negotiate effectively

  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritize work assignments

  • Ability to develop budgets and time lines

  • Multi-tasker and Organized

  • Great customer service and a team attitude

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management

  • Works well on own or in a team environment

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic

  • Knowledgeable in building and construction
